BreakThroughFit
An hour of HIIT bootcamp with a crew that's already saving you a spot.

Why people stay
The workout is the excuse.
The crew is the reason.
You can get a good workout anywhere. What you can't get anywhere is seven people genuinely happy to see you walk in.
— What our members say when we ask
why they came back
We're small on purpose. Everybody gets greeted at the door, coached at their own level, and pulled into the group photo at the end.
Nobody trains in the back row here — there is no back row.
Everyone, day one
Scaled, not simplified
Same workout, three weights, three tempos. The 24-year-old and the 64-year-old finish the same round side by side — that's the whole point.
Coached, not queued
Eyes on you the whole hour
Classes are capped so your coach can watch your form, dial in your weight, and cheer you through the last round by name.
Loud, warm, unserious
Real music, real laughing
It's hard and it's fun at the same time. Sweat on the floor, jokes between rounds, and a group photo when somebody hits a milestone.
The board
Pick a time. We’ll save you a spot.
Six start times Monday through Friday, two on Saturday. It's the same hour-long class every session — come at 5 AM one day and 7:15 PM the next, and you'll find the same crew waiting either way.
Inside the hour
What actually happens
Bootcamp structure, HIIT engine, zero guesswork. You walk in, the board's already written, your station's already set.
00:00 → 10:00
Roll call & warm-up
Names, high-fives, and ten minutes of getting your hips and shoulders ready for a good hour.
10:00 → 22:00
Strength block
Dumbbells, kettlebells, sled. Heavy for you, whatever "heavy for you" means today.
22:00 → 50:00
The intervals
Stations, timers, partners. Work hard, rest honest, rotate. This is the part you'll text your friend about.
50:00 → 60:00
Finisher & cool-down
One last push everybody takes on together, then stretching, water, and ten minutes of nobody leaving right away.

Questions
Before you come in
I'm completely out of shape. Seriously.
Then you're exactly who this is built for. Every movement has a lighter version and your coach will hand it to you before you have to ask. Most of our members walked in feeling exactly the same way.
How hard is HIIT bootcamp, really?
Challenging enough that you'll feel proud of it, structured so you stay in control. You pick your weight and your pace — the timer is the same for everyone, the effort is yours.
Do I have to reserve a spot?
Reserving helps us set up your station before you arrive, but if you show up unbooked we'll always find you room.
What's the youngest and oldest in a class?
Right now, teens training with a parent up through members in their seventies — often in the same 8:15 AM. It works because everything scales.
Is there anything on Sunday?
No class. Sunday is a rest day on purpose — recovery is part of the program, not a gap in it. Some of the crew organizes their own hike; watch the group chat.
Can I freeze or cancel?
Any time, no phone call required. Travel, injury, a rough month — freeze it and pick back up. Your spot on the wall stays.
